Error description

• If the name of a File System contains one or more underscore
  characters '_' and Clustered Watch Folder is enabled on said
  File System then events that are supposed to be delivered to the
   sink are never sent.
  

Local fix

• Remove underscore chars from File Systems Names where Clustered
  System Watch is to be used.
