APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a recovery group creation fails due to a condition
  in the storage hardware, such as the detection of
  volatile write caching on the drives, the
  ?mmvdisk recovery group create? command will fail.
  Once the hardware issue is resolved, it is possible for
  subsequent attempts of this command to continue to fail
  until the mmfsd daemons are restarted on the
  Spectrum Scale RAID storage cluster.
  

Local fix

• Restart the mmfsd daemons on the
  Spectrum Scale RAID storage cluster.

  Benefits of the solution:
  Fixed the code so if remount fails on Linux,
  not to much clean up is performed.
