   || (pitJobId == -2 && pitJobListPP != __null)
  
  Found in Build branch "5.0.5.4 ".
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• With a policy rule configured, there are many jobs that
  could be scheduled accordingly and the 32 bit pitJobId
  could be overflowed over time, which causes the assert
  "(pitJobId >= 0 && pitJobListPP == __null)".
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.2 PTF 8
