IJ36709: HARD LINKS INSIDE AFM/PROCEDURE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• AFM Probelm. Hard links can be created at cache.
  Hard links at home are displayed as individual files in
  cache.
  There is a procedure for this
  but it is not working for all hard links.
  The fix will have hard link created correctly using
  
  mmafmctl prefetch with --list-file and --metadata-only?
  or also using ?mmafmctl prefetch with only --directory?
  
  Found in Spectrum Scale 5.1.1.4.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• AFM directory prefetch fails to populate hardlinks,
  this causes hardlinks to be created as different
  files at the cache.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.2  PTF 2
