Error description

• A newly mounting node either due to user mount or an expelled
  node rejoining the cluster can fail assert
  'llfP->lockRangeNode != NodeAddr(-1U, 0, NodeAddr::naNormal)'
  if it happens in the middle of a mmrestripefs, mmaddisk,
  mmdeldisk or mmfsck operation.

Problem summary

• A newly mounting node either due to user mount or an expelled
  node rejoining the cluster can fail assert
  'llfP->lockRangeNode != NodeAddr(-1U, 0, NodeAddr::naNormal)'
  if it happens in the middle of a mmrestripefs, mmaddisk,
  mmdeldisk or mmfsck operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.2  PTF 1

  Benefits of the solution:
  The fix ensures a new mount in the middle of mmrestripefs,
