IJ15436: AFM: FIX SLOW RENAME RECOVERY

Error description

• Recovery reads the remote parent inode by reading the
  dirtyDirs file which is opened every time when remote
  parent inode is required. This causes the performance
  overhead, if there are large number of dirty directories.

Local fix

Problem summary

• AFM Recovery is very slow when there are large number of dirty
  directories. AFM reads the remote parent inode by reading the
  dirtyDirs file which is opened every time when remote parent
  inode is required causing the performance overhead.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the code to cache the directory remote inode numbers
  to improve the recovery performance.
