After being logged out of WCM due to inactivity, when I try to log back in, I get a message saying that my password has expired
In Watson Care Manager, after a period of inactivity of at least 30 mins you are automatically logged out of WCM and the login page is displayed on screen. If you then attempt to login again, you receive a message indicating that you should hit the back button or re-enter the URL in order to login, but if you hit the back button you then receive a message saying that your password has expired.
Resolving The Problem
1) Do NOT hit the back button.
2) Re-enter the URL in the browser and you will be logged in to the WCM homepage.
