I can't log in to Watson Care Manager after I reset my expired password

Troubleshooting


Problem

You attempt to log in to Watson Care Manager and receive a message that indicates that your password expired. You click the link to reset your password. After you complete the password reset process, you receive a message that confirms your password was successfully reset. You reopen your Watson Care Manager sign-in URL in a new tab. Instead of the sign-in page opening, you receive another message that indicates that your password expired.

Resolving The Problem

1) Clear your browser cache.
2) Reenter the sign-in URL in your browser. The log in page loads correctly
3) Log in as normal.
