Troubleshooting
Problem
In the IBM MDM Publisher user interface, when viewing subscription job cards, you may see a job status of NOT STARTED even if the status has previously been RUNNING or SUCCEEDED.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue, click the Reload icon beside the Subscriptions label. If the status does not correct itself, open the Resource Manager dashboard to see the true status of the subscription job.
