PH09407 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
CommonExtensionsHelper class prints out a lot of information messages. For example:
[3/4/19 17:05:19:297 CET] 00000001 commonext I CommonExtensionsHelper getInputStream ENTER [ bpecontainer.jar ] [ META-INF/ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xml ]
[3/4/19 17:05:20:340 CET] 00000001 commonext I CommonExtensionsHelper getInputStream ENTER [ taskejb.jar ] [ META-INF/ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xml ]

USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM WebSphere Application Server

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Unnecessary informational messages are written to SystemOut.log

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
The following informational message might appear in SystemOut.log when WebSphere Application Server reads bindings and extensions files.
CommonExtensionsHelper getInputStream ENTER [ <JAR FILE NAME> ] [ <EXTENSIONS FILE NAME> ]

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
You should ignore the message. The code has been updated to only display the message when trace is enabled.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.5.0.
