On APM Server system, I used the path /opt/ibm/ccm and <APM Server IP ADDRESS> which is the IP address of the APM Server in the following step.

On APM Server system:
================
1) Make_configuration_packages.sh
[root@apmserver ccm]# cd /opt/ibm/ccm
[root@apmserver ccm]# ./make_configuration_packages.shEnter the IP address/hostname that should be used by agents to communicate with the server.
Enter the IP address/hostname or accept the default [APM server IP ADDRESS]:
Configuration packages which contain the parameters for connecting to the server will be created and stored in a directory that you specify.
Enter the path to the directory where you want to store the configuration packages or accept the default value [/opt/ibm/ccm/mkcustpkg_workdir.1474]:
Agents can connect to the server using secure https or unsecure http protocol.
Enter your choice [ 1-http, 2-https; "http" is default ]?
Configuration packages are stored in the following directory: /opt/ibm/ccm/mkcustpkg_workdir.1474

2 ) Configure_agent_images.sh
[root@apmserver ccm]# ./configure_agent_images.sh
To pre-configure agent images, the Hybrid Gateway image or the data collector images, you must have created configuration packages with the parameters for connecting to the server. You either created the configuration packages as part of the installation of the infrastructure node or by using the make_configuration_packages.sh script on the system where the infrastructure node is installed.
Enter the path to the directory containing the configuration packages:/opt/ibm/ccm/mkcustpkg_workdir.1474
Agent installation images, the Hybrid Gateway image and the data collector images are pre-configured using this script.
Enter the path to directory where the images (compressed or uncompressed) are located:/root/Downloads/HYBRIDGATEWAY/PackagesAPM/imagesThe configuration script copies the pre-configured images to another directory.
Enter the path to the directory where you want to store the pre-configured images or accept the default value /opt/ibm/ccm/depot:
Configuring apm_hybrid_gateway_8.1.4.0.tar.
Successfully configured apm_hybrid_gateway_8.1.4.0.tar.
1 Agent image total.
1 Agent image added to /opt/ibm/ccm/depot.

ON TEPS ITM 6.30 system :
======================
3) On my Linux System "FVHGATE" is installed a TEPS ITM v630 FP7, where we will install the Hybrid Gate Way (see Prereq part below) :
On my system FVHGATE, the directory /ITMP/HGATEWAY/APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0 is used to download the package
from the APM Server, using FTP for example.
Package name from APM Server on /opt/ibm/ccm/depot : apm_hybrid_gateway_8.1.4.0.tar.
root@fvhgate tmp]# cd ITMP
[root@fvhgate ITMP]# ls
HGATEWAY
[root@fvhgate ITMP]# cd HGATEWAY
[root@fvhgate HGATEWAY]# ls
APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0
[root@fvhgate HGATEWAY]# cd APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0
Untar the file apm_hybrid_gateway_8.1.4.0.tar with command like
tar xvf apm_hybrid_gateway_8.1.4.0.tar
and go to the new directory created, which is APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0.
[root@fvhgate APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0]# ls
config files install.sh licenses version_product.properties
[root@fvhgate APM_Hybrid_Gateway_Install_8.1.4.0]# ./install.sh

Use the following command to manage Hybrid Gateway:
/opt/ibm/hybridgateway/bin/hybridgateway.sh start|stop|status|uninstall
The Hybrid Gateway log files are located in the "/opt/ibm/wlp/usr/servers/hybridgateway/logs" directory.

4 ) Configuration and Checking on ITM TEPS if the Dashboard data provider is enabled :
a) When you configure the TEPS, go to the tab "Dashboard data Provider" and select the option : Enable the dashboard data provider.
b) Check that the Dash board data provider is enabled by editing the file fvhgate_cq_KfwServices.inv which show all the KfwServices logs available and by editing the last log available :

If you find the parameter KD8_ITM_REST_SERVICE_ENABLE set at yes, this means that the dashboard data provider service is enable.
Then start the TIVOLI Entreprise Monitoring Services with the below command :
[root@fvhgate bin]# ./itmcmd manage
5) Create a Group for example : 'HGLinuxOS' in Managed system , from the ITM console :
Here above is the HGLinuxOS group created.
6) On APM 8.1.0.4 GUI console, under "Advanced configuration" => Select "Hybrid Gateway Manager"
Then add and create a configuration profile.
Confirm pressing OK.
And normally you should see now all the ITM Agents selected by the ITM Group Name in the APM UI console.
