When revising a Job Plan routed through Workflow, the screen suddenly jumps to the first Job Plan in the list

Troubleshooting

Problem

When revising a Job Plan that was routed through a Workflow, the screen jumps from the current record and will display the first record in the list. This is not happening when revising a Job Plan that doesn't have an active Workflow record.

Symptom

The screen looses focus on the current record and will display the first record ever created.

Cause

Current Job Plan id is lost

Environment

Maximo 7.6

Resolving The Problem

In order to overcome this behavior, a new System Property will need to be added: mxe.routewfcleanup
1. Go to System Properties application.
2. In the Global Properties table window, click New Row. Enter the following values:
    Property Name: mxe.routewfcleanup
    Description: for routing work flow
    Global Value: 1
    Maximo Default: 0
    Data Type: INTEGER
    Save
 3. Perform a Live Refresh
With this property available,  Maximo will be able to get the current job plan id and will not jump. This property is only used in Routing a workflow.
