APAR Description
IO25239 (IBM Content Navigator users) When the Daeja Virtual viewer window that has unsaved annotation changes is closed, with the additional parameters 'annotationAutoPrompt=false' and 'annotationAutoSave=true' configured for the viewer, an alert dialog about unsaved changes is shown, even though the changes are saved automatically. With this fix, the changes are saved automatically and the viewer window is closed without the alert dialog.
IO25535 (IBM Content Manager users) In this interim fix, this defect is fixed on Linux and AIX platforms. The IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer displays the old content when a document of an item type with the Never Create version policy is updated with new content. With this fix, along with the Daeja parameters below, the viewer displays the updated content. Add following parameters to the Additional settings section of the Daeja ViewONE Server tab only (do not add them to the Daeja ViewONE Virtual tab)
  • Name: modifiedDocumentCheckMethod - Value: lastmodifed
  • Name: modifiedDocumentMinimumCheckTime - Value: 3s

IO26092 (IBM Content Manager OnDemand users) Some favorites are not saved and disappear when refreshed or logged in again.
With this fix, all favorites are saved.
IO26222 (IBM Content Manager users) When a user selects multiple documents and clicks on the Download action, the download includes documents that the user is not allowed to view. With this fix, the Download action is disabled unless the user has the privilege to view all the selected documents. This is also true for all other actions that can be performed on multiple documents.
IO26223 (IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, when using Add with Entry Template action, if the repository has only one entry template, the one entry template is automatically selected, which does not allow the user to select an entry template from another repository. With this fix, if there is only one entry template in a repository, it is only automatically selected if there is also only one repository in the desktop. If there is more than 1 repository, the repository selector will be shown to allow the user to pick an entry template from another repository.
IO26266 (IBM Content Navigator users) On non-English environments, if the IBM Content Navigator Configuration and Deployment Tool is used to modify a profile's task, the profile gets corrupted and the task fails to run with an error. With this fix, the profile does not get corrupted and the task can be run successfully.
IO26285 (IBM Content Navigator users) Date values that have the year earlier than 1000, display with 2-digit year in the search results, pane, whereas those values having the year later than 1000, display with 4-digit year. With this fix, all year values display with 4-digit year.
IO26296 (IBM Content Navigator users) After opening a work item using Step Processor, if Cancel button is pressed, focus returns to the first item (topmost) in the work list instead of to the cancelled work item. With this fix, the focus returns to the cancelled work item.
IO26306 (IBM Content Navigator users) When filtering a choice list, the list displays choices that contain the input text instead of the choices that start with the input text. With this fix, administrators can change the filtering scheme to Starts-With by adding the "useStartsWithChoiceListFilter" property with the value of "true" to the Additional Settings section in Settings, of the Administration tool (administration desktop).
IO26308 (IBM Content Navigator users) After copying pages of a PDF document opened in Merge and Split mode and pasting into a new document, the attempt to save or add the new document fails, if the source document is checked in before adding the new document. With this fix, the new document can be added even after the source document is checked in.
IO26313 (IBM Content Navigator users) If a teamspace is configured to display folder and document properties in the "browser" view by using the option, teamspace root folder->properties->displayed properties, IBM Content Navigator retrieves only the document property values automatically. Folder properties are not displayed. Instead the user needs to select the folder manually to view the properties. With this fix both the document and the folder properties display correctly.
IO26317 (IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, when using the "Send file as copy" action on a document with a name containing Unicode characters, the name of the attachment is seen to be the document ID with a GUID in it, instead of the document name. With this fix, the document name will be used for the attachment name.
IO26322 (IBM Content Navigator users) If Sync Services are not installed on the IBM Content Navigator server and the IBM Content Navigator administrator attempts to configure the Sync Services, an error occurs. This behavior is expected. However, when the administrator subsequently attempts to log off from IBM Content Navigator, the log off fails and a 404 error is returned reporting that sync cannot be accessed. With this fix, the log off succeeds.
IO26323 (IBM Content Navigator users) After constructing a  URL for inboxes/queues in IBM Content Navigator, when clicking on the link to the inbox, the message "Loading X amount of items" appears in the bottom left hand corner of the browser, but there are no work items displayed. The content area is blank. With this fix, the work items are displayed.
IO26331 (IBM Content Navigator users) Microsoft Office Online Service always checks in a document as a major version. With this fix, if the current document is a major version it will be checked in as major version and if the current document is a minor version then it will be checked in as minor version.

With this fix, changes to EDS-enabled multi-value properties are retained.
IO26395 (IBM Content Navigator users) When a checkin action is performed on a document that has been added using an entry template with a custom layout and with EDS enabled for the document's class, there is no response on the browser after clicking the 'Check In button. With the fix, the check in completes successfully.
IO26399 (IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Editing an entry template that had been added to a teamspace causes the entry template to disappear from the teamspace's list of entry templates.
