RECOMMENDATION:
Apply this apar to upgrade your SDK to SDK 626 (J9 26) SR8 FP75.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Applying this apar will upgrade your SDK 626 to SDK626 SR8 FP75 (Oracle 1.6.0_u301 ).
