ERROR DESCRIPTION: Potential man-in-the-middle attack in WebSphere Liberty for JAX-WS (CVE-2018-8039)

PROBLEM CONCLUSION: The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 18.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
