Troubleshooting
Problem
In Datacap Desktop Application in either Scan panel, Verify panel and or in Fixup panel, when a user selects or de-selects any set of images in Datacap Desktop Image View and/or also in batch treeview using the Ctrl key, it fails to correctly display the right selection.
Resolving The Problem
In Datacap Desktop Application in either Scan panel, Verify panel and or in Fixup panel using the Shift key instead of the Ctrl key to select or de-select the images correctly displays the right selection.
