Selecting an owner in the Work Order Tracking application causes a hang.

Troubleshooting


Problem


1. Go to the Work Order Tracking application.
2. Bring up a workorder.
3. Click "Select Owner" icon on the toolbar.   At this point the session will hang.

Resolving The Problem


1. Open Application Designer 
2. Move to Application tab and click the Export icon 
3. Save library.xml
4. In the file search for "select owner" 
5. Delete the below section

1. Open Application Designer.
2. On the application tab, click the import icon 
3. Point to the updated version of library.xml
4. Log out and log back in
