Error description

• 1. ICON APAR PM39569 added a new IRM_F4 type for sync callout
  response with ack
  2. Tracking data is not available for Rtpipe Auto with no
     time-outs
  3. Validation type 2 is not done for trusted users
  4. The single most frequent error that occurs when setting up a
     new CEX system for ICON is that the user attempts to use an
     ICON port for the CEX console
  5. There are three sections in CEXPRINT where CEXCTLIN options
     may be displayed and it can be confusing
  
  Summary of changes
  1. Added support for IRM_F4 type for sync callout response with

  2. Added new section to x'58' queue compensation record with
     tracking info
  3. Added new VALIDATE_TRUSTED option to CEXCTLIN SECURITY
     command
  4. Additional port validation is done
  5. Just report the CEXCTLIN input records and the CEXCTLIN
