  *                      will expire April 16, 2016. The         *
  *                      application support files must be       *
  *                      resigned with the renewed Tivoli Java   *
  *                      certificate.                            *

  *                      Negative port number on panel KDPTHDD2  *
  *                      in Enhanced 3270 UI and for             *
  *                      Distributed Thread Detail workspace     *
  *                      in TEP.                                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *

  *                 Apply UI31210 without its                    *
  *                 ++HOLD if you require the fix for the        *
  *                 negative port number for Enhanced 3270       *
  *                 UI.  This fix incorporates the ++HOLD of     *
  *                 UI31210.                                     *

  *                 Install fixpack 5.3.0-TIV-KD5-FP0001 if      *
  *                 you are not using SDA or you are also        *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  An expired Java certifcate warning will be displayed unless you
  install application support files that have been signed with
  the renewed Tivoli Java certificate.
  
  Also, port was erroneously treated as a signed value which
  caused displaying a port larger than 32767 as a negative
  value.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Update Java certificate expiration for application support and
  SDA deliverables to 11/1/2018.  Display port as an unsigned
  value.
