Error description

• New function to add support for CICS VSAM forward recovery and
  autojournaling log streams.  The CICS VSAM forward recovery and
  journal log streams can be used to visualize accesses and
  changes to VSAM files, which will be useful for:
   * Auditing the read and update requests made to VSAM files
   * Repairing data corruptions
   * Verifying application changes

• CICS VSAM forward recovery and autojournaling log streams can
  be formatted and displayed using the log browser and batch
  utility.
  The VSAM prefix is introduced to identify the log stream as a
  CICS VSAM journal, for example VSAM:cics-vsam-journal.
  The "VSR" record type is introduced to identify the records
  in the journal.
