  z/AS including:
  
  Enhancements to the Service Level Analysis feature.
  Task DB2 details in the Enhanced 3270 UI.
  guidance on selected Take Action requests in the Enhaced 3270
  UI.

• The following features are being provided:
  
  -  Enhanced analytics of Service Level performance.
     Computation of average delay values rather than showing
     as a percentage of overall delay. The addition of
     additional important delay values such as first dispatch
     delay and Enqueue delay.  The calculation of the impact
     of a service class on the CICS user DSA storage. This
     allows customers to determine if consolidating workload
     into fewer regions will be successful.  The display of
     the highest response and CPU times for a summary together
     with the standard deviation of the values to show the
     normal variation in the sample.  The addition of links to
     the transaction detail for the highest response and CPU
     time tasks if task history is available.
  -  The ability to view the details of DB2 requests from CICS
     tasks in the Enhanced 3270 UI.
  -  Added help for key Take action requests with the existing
     values pre-filled into the command. Also the Region size
     is displayed when changing the DSA limit values to act as
     a guide.
  -  Significant performance improvement for Service Level
     Analysis historical queries.
  
  After applying this PTF please reload the RTE. Shutdown
  the CICS agent and run the KC5DELJB job followed by the
  KC5JPALP job from the RKANSAMU dataset.
