Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

Comments

  • Provide support in the Enterprise PL/I 64-bit library routine
for various new microseconds built-in functions.

The MICROSECS built-in function returns a FIXED BINARY(63) value
that is the number of microseconds, in Lilian format,
    corresponding to the current timestamp.

The MICROSECSTODATE built-in function returns a nonvarying
character string containing the date in the date/time
pattern that corresponds to the input microseconds, based on
    Lilian format.

The UTCMICROSECS built-in function returns a FIXED BINARY(63)
value that gives the current Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
    in microseconds in Lilian format.
