    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides new functions in *

    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
1.With the introduction of immediate execution steps, it is
now possible to run an executable program (a REXX exec or
UNIX shell script) in real time, directly from a workflow
step.Previously, to run such programs, it was necessary to
submit a batch job, which also meant that the results of
the program were not available for immediate evaluation.

To run a program in real time, the workflow author includes
one of the following attributes on the <submitAs> element:
    - TSO-REXX: Run a REXX exec program
    - TSO-UNIX-REXX: Run a REXX exec program for the UNIX e
      nvironment
    - TSO-UNIX-shell: Run a UNIX shell script.

In support of immediate execution steps, the following
elements are added to the Workflows XML schema:
    <successPattern>, <failedPattern>,
    <outputVariablesPrefix>, <scriptParameters>,
    <procName>, <regionSize>, and <timeout>.

The following z/OSMF workflow REST services are updated in
support of the new schema elements:
    - "Create a workflow"
    - "Get the properties of a workflow"
    - "Retrieve a workflow definition"

2.With the introduction of feedback steps, it is now possible
to collect feedback from the users of a workflow. A workflow
author can optionally include a feedback form on one or more
steps with customized questions for the user to answer. When
performing a step with feedback, the step owner can answer,
save, and submit step feedback questions. The workflow owner
is responsible for notifying step owners to complete feedback
collecting and exporting the workflow feedback to the
    workflow vendor.

In support of feedback steps, the following
elements are added to the Workflows XML schema:
    <feedbackItem>, <question>, <answers>, <singleSelect>,
    <label>, <multipleSelect>, and <text>.

3.Browser support for Mozilla Firefox ESR 45 and Microsoft
    Internet Explorer 11.
