  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides z/OSMF Capacity      *
  *                      Provisioning task enhancement to        *
  *                      support Mozilla Firefox ESR 45 and      *
  *                      Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.         *
  *                      and provides fixing for table           *
  *                      layout and message not update           *
  *                      immediately.                            *

  This APAR provides the browser support for Mozilla
  Firefox ESR 45 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
  in z/OSMF Capacity Provisioning task.
  
  In addition to the browser enhancement, the following
  problem is being fixed:
  
  1.When modify the column settings and make 1 line content in
  table just show the columns which no content, the line height
  will change to half height which is not expected.
  After applying this APAR, it will show height normally no
  matter how to configure the columns of table.
  
  2. When add a illegal name in a new Domain Configuration panel,
  it will not do the check for it until click the error message
  link at right-top.
  After applying this APAR, it will do the check immediately once
  the cursor is not in the check field. Additionally, the message
  link will not show the number of errors.
