  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides z/OSMF Resource      *
  *                      Monitoring task enhancement to support  *
  *                      Mozilla Firefox ESR 45 and Microsoft    *
  *                      Internet Explorer 11.                   *

  This apar provides the browser support for Mozilla
  Firefox ESR 45 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
  in z/OSMF System Status and Resource Monitoring tasks.
  
  In addition to the browser enhancement, the following
  problem is being fixed:
  When the user opens z/OSMF Performance -> System Status ->
  Selecting Resource -> Actions -> View -> Performance Index
  Detailg, viewing Performance Index Detail, at first refresh
  an error message SRVE0777E is issued on Liberty console
  indicating Exception thrown by application class
  'com.ibm.json.java.internal.Tokenizer.next'
  java.io.IOException: Unexpected character 'p'
  This happened because z/OSMF RM UI Logger is attempting to post
  an INFO record of application linkage data to z/OSMF log and
  the data contains an incorrect string for json parsing by
  z/OSMF Core.
