* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancement to       *
*                      z/OSMF notifications function.          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
This APAR provides enhancement to z/OSMF Notifications function
in the following aspects:

1. Added a new navigation task "Notification Settings" that
allows a user to:

   Define where a user to receive notifications in addition to
   the Notifications task;

   Set the mail server properties and do the mobile
   configurations.

2. Added a set of REST services that supports to send
notifications to multiple recipients in different forms
including:

   z/OSMF Notifications task Users' email accounts Mobile
   devices.

3. Enhanced the z/OSMF Notifications task that allows users to
compose a notification. View the notifications that are received
and sent by the user.
