  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Debug Tool with programs *
  *                      compile with the TEST(NHOOK) compiler   *
  *                      option for Enterprise PL/I, it is       *
  *                      unable to set a label break point or    *
  *                      list variable value until two STEP      *
  *                      commands are issued. A single STEP      *
  *                      command is expected that program        *
  *                      variables are available.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF for this APAR.                 *

  When a PL/I procedure compiled using TEST(NOHOOK) option with
  the Enterprise PL/I compiler, the library routine for the
  Debug Tool has not correctly set the ENTRY break point when a
  single STEP statement is issued.
  
  Modify the library routine IBMPDIPE that will provide a better
  break point location where only a single step is needed before
  program variables are available.
