    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some customers would like a date-time   *
    *                      built-in function that would return     *
    *                      a date-time with the system format      *
    *                      YYYY-MM-DD-HH.MM.SS.999999.             *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF and the PTF for       *
    *                 PI46155.                                     *
    *                                                              *

    This APAR, along with PI46155, provides the run-time library
    support for the new TIMESTAMP built-in function.

        Explanation: Error getting local time from system clock.
        The ONCODE associated with this message is 2123.
    
        Programmer Response: Verify that the TOD clock is
        initialized correctly and retry the request. Refer to the
        Assembler Service Reference for the return code of the TIME
        macro. Check with your system programmer if problem
        persists.
    
        System Action: The ERROR condition is raised.
