  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the ICKDSF FLASHCPY, INIT and       *
  *                 REFORMAT commands. Also ICKDSF users who     *
  *                 receive message ICK10705I when running       *
  *                 ICKDSF.                                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New Function:                           *
  *                      The FLASHCPY ESTABLISH command has been *
  *                      modified to issue an ENF64 signal if    *
  *                      the ONLINTGT(YES) parameter was also    *
  *                      specified.                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The VERIFYOFFLINE parameter used with   *
  *                      the INIT and REFORMAT command will now  *
  *                      be defaulted if not specified when the  *
  *                      UNIT parameter is also specified. A new *
  *                      parameter called NOVERIFYOFFLINE has    *
  *                      been added to the INIT and REFORMAT     *
  *                      commands if the offline verification is *
  *                      not wanted.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The INIT command has been modified so   *
  *                      that if a VTOC already exists it will   *
  *                      print a message telling the location    *
  *                      and size of the existing VTOC, and will *
  *                      invalidate the format 4 DSCB identifier *
  *                      in the old VTOC if the new VTOC has     *
  *                      been placed in a different location.    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Message ICK10705I has also been         *
  *                      modified to include both the previous   *
  *                      and the new location of the VTOC.       *
