  Summary: Code is changed to support new function for DB2.
  
  The z/OS V2R1 MVS System Messages, Vol 1 (ABA-AOM) manual will
  need to be updated with the new reason code for ADR439E as
  noted below:
  
  Under 'Explanation', add:
  
  148  The block sizes of the target and source data sets do not
       match.
  
  Under 'Application Programmer Response', add:
  
  148  Delete the pre-allocated target data set and rerun the
       operation.
