IC47636: 5.2 ADMIN WEB GUI INCORRECTLY OPENING NEW FRAME AFTER AIX 5.3 UPGRADE TO ML3 (EFIX IY72930)

Error description

• After applying AIX 5.3 upgrade to ML3 or efix IY72930 at ML2
  the TSM 5.2 Web Admin Gui no longer populates the right
  hand frame (remains white space) and opens new window
  populating the results. This behavior occurs when a
  selection is made from the left hand frame or a command is
  issued from the command line in the Web Admin Gui.

  The efix "tightened" the html requirements and exposed a
  non-compliant variable argument in the frame formatting.

  Problem was seen on various browsers - IE, Mozilla, Netscape
