Error description

• Core count in some instances is not correct on Amazon public
  cloud machines.
  
  In rare occurrences, partition cores displayed on Hardware
  Inventory report do not match "CPU Core Subcapacity Limit" on
  IBM PVU Subcapacity report.
  
  As a result PVU subcapacity displayed for affected machine, is
  different than expected.
