IJ18134: "CP: CANNOT STAT" ERROR CAPTURED IN DOCKER SCAN LOG WHEN NO SWIDTAG SIGNATURE IS FOUND

Error description

• The "docker_scan.sh" script has a defect resulting with error
  messsages being captured in the "docker_scan.log". When a Docker
   image does not have any .SWIDTAG signature file inside, the
  following information is returned:
