APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In BigFix console the "Run Capacity Scan and Upload Results
    (9.2.15.0)" fixlet shows "-1" under "Exit Code" column. The
    fixlet action script shows:

    Completed wait sh -c "'{parameter "homefolder" as
    string}/runcit_tlm_hw.sh' > '{parameter "logfilepath" as
    string}' 2>&1"
    
    Failed continue if {exit code of action = 0}
    ---
    
    It indicates failure of the "runcit_tlm_hw.sh" hardware capacity
    scan script. Manual test scan returns the following message and
    error code:

    The "Could not load a transcoding service" message points to a
    CIT scanner library and issue with locale not set or set
    incorrectly.
