APAR status

Error description

  • In Maximo Work Execution app, if you download Worklist on the
    device and access the map, instead of showing all the pins in
    cache, it only displays the pins for the current Work Order
    List page.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Prerequisites:
    Device must have Work List at least 40 Work Orders with:
    - Service Address
    - Location
    - Map coordinates
    - An offline TPK map file uploaded to device
    1. Open WorkExecution Anywhere app and login
    The Work Order List screen is displayed
    2. Go to the menu at top right-hand corner (represented by 3
    dots) and tap to open menu view.
    3. Select the option "Download Work List" and then wait for the
    worklist to finish downloading before moving on to step 4
    4. From the top of the Work Order List screen, tap on icon of
    the Map, (to the left of + sign for new WO)
    This opens the "Map of Work Orders" screen
    RESULTS:
    Only 20 pins (amount of items defined by page size) are
    displayed
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    All 40 pins in cache  should be displayed on the map view
