IJ11633: METERS DO NOT DISPLAY ON MAXIMO ANYWHERE INSPECTIONS

Error description

• When opening up a work order in the Maximo Anywhere Inspections
  application where there is an asset with meters attached the
  meters fail to show on inspection.  The meters show fine on the
  same Work Order using Work Execution.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Create a New Asset and add a couple meters to the asset and
  change the status to operating
  
  2. Attach the new asset to a Work Order
  
  3. Download the Work Order to your device and open the
  inspection record.
  
  Review the inspection, although the asset attached to the
  inspection as meters, they do not display
  
  Expected Results:
  
  For the meters attached to the asset on the Work Order to show
  on the Inspection record.
  
  Environment:  Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1
