APAR status

Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1)Create a JOBPLAN with flow control enabled and having 2 tasks.
2)Created PM TEST1 Add te Job PLan created.
3)Generated Work Order. Work Order 1234 was created
4)From Maximo, Work Order Tracking go to the work order you
created 1234.
manually changed the status to INPRG
Task 10 marked as INPRG
Task 20 marked as INPRG
5)From Work Execution find the Work Order you created WO 1234
Work Order 1234 is now in INPRG state
6)Change Task 10 to COMP
7)Change Task 20 to COMP
RESULTS: Upon completing each task in the application and
returning to the work order details screen, you receive the
following prompt:
Record WORKORDER: Site=Bedford Work Order=1234 has been
updated by another user. Your changes have not been saved.
Refresh the record and try again.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Tasks to be updated successfully in Maximo
PRODUCT VERSION:
Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1
