Rich Caponigro is the IBM Endpoint Manager for Security Product Manager. Rich joined IBM in New York in 1983 as a vector processor designer in the Scientific Engineering team and then held various design, test, and support engineering and management positions on the hardware side of the business. In 1993 Rich switched to the software development and moved with his family to Austin, TX. There he managed competitive analysis and various products through development and introduction. Between 2000 and 2005 Rich was part of the Tivoli security team where he managed design, test and support of our security portfolio. Before joining the Endpoint Manager team in 2013 Rich was part of the corporate strategy team and focused on cloud and then business analytics strategy. Rich is a private pilot, active in scouting and community activities, and enjoys camping and outdoor activities with his family.
Noah Salzman handles Product Management duties for the "BigFix Platform" on the IBM Endpoint Manager team. He spends his time thinking about speed, scalability, and ensuring that all of the various Endpoint Manager products and applications have a reliable foundation to build upon. Noah first started with BigFix in 2007 and has 18 years industry experience working on enterprise software projects with a decided emphasis on the security side of the house including data encryption and endpoint security technologies. Noah's work at BigFix and IBM has focused on platform architecture, US Federal Government solutions, and security configuration management. Previously, Noah has worked in software development teams at Apple, PGP, nCircle, and a smattering of failed Silicon Valley start-ups.
