Service extensions, providing fixes, patches and code corrections where necessary, together with continued access to the global support team you are working with today, are available at additional cost for up to 3 years beyond the end of support date. Note that such extensions will not cover IBM Cognos Metric Designer or IBM Cognos Metric Studio. Please contact your IBM representative or reseller for details. Beyond the published end of support date IBM will also offer Continuing Support for Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2.x. This will provide you with continued access to the same knowledgeable global support team you are working with today but without the fixes, patches and code corrections available in a service extension. Please see the link below for further details.
