Available for selected IBM Software Programs, Monthly Licenses offer you the flexibility to ‘use’ licensed software and receive S&S for a specified term.
Monthly Licenses are available under the IBM International Passport Advantage and IBM International Passport Advantage Express Agreements.
Monthly Licenses
- Offer Term flexibility from 1 – 60 months with a minimum term of 1 month
- Allow Clients to terminate with at least 30 days written notice
- Provide flexibility at end of term to renew, resize, switch offerings, or terminate
For Passport Advantage clients subject to an earlier version of the Passport Advantage Agreement than the one revised on September 1st, 2014, including during the period up to the effective date of the notified change, clients are required to use the Monthly Licensing Attachment which can be downloaded by selecting the applicable language version from the table below.
