Pankaj has 25 years of industry experience and has been with IBM for the last 19 years. He has been with the IBM Software Lab, India since its inception and has played key product development leadership roles across both Software Group (SWG) and Systems & Technology Group (STG). He currently leads the Rational India Lab that focuses on Development & Support of Rational Products. He also has worldwide development responsibilities for the Portfolio and Strategy Management suite of products that includes Focal Point, System Architect and Rational Method Composer.
- Dr. ASHOK JHUNJHUNWALA
Professor - Department of Electrical Engineering
Ashok Jhunjhunwala is Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India and was department Chair till recently. He received his B.Tech degree from IIT, Kanpur, and his MS and Ph.D degrees from the University of Maine. From 1979 to 1981, he was with Washington State University as Assistant Professor. Since 1981, he has been teaching at IIT, Madras. Dr.Jhunjhunwala leads the Telecommunications and Computer Networks group (TeNeT) at IIT Madras. This group is closely working with industry in the development of a number of Telecommunications and Computer Network Systems. TeNeT group has incubated a number of technology companies which work in partnership with TeNeT group to develop world class Telecom and Banking products for Rural Markets.
Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala has been awarded Padma Shri in the year 2002. He has been awarded Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award in 1998, Dr.Vikram Sarabhai Research Award for the year 1997, Millennium Medal at Indian Science Congress in the year 2000 and H. K. Firodia for "Excellence in Science & Technology" for the year 2002, Shri Om Prakash Bhasin Foundation Award for Science & Technology for the year 2004, Awarded Jawaharlal Nehru Birth Centenary Lecture Award by INSA for the year 2006 and IBM Innovation and Leadership Forum Award by IBM for the year 2006. He is a Fellow of INAE, IAS, INSA and NAS.
Dr. Jhunjhunwala is a Director in the Board of SBI. He is also a Board member of several companies in India, including TTML, BEL, Polaris, 3i Infotech, Sasken, Tejas, NRDC, and IDRBT. He is member of Prime Minister's Setup Scientific Advisory Committee

Thomas has 20 years experience in Information Technology holding a variety of positions in development, consulting, project management and sales. Starting his career in the German machine building industry in the field of electrical engineering and Information technology he specialized in real-time and embedded software development. He was part of the team implementing the first generation of Model-based development tools for embedded systems at Telelogic. In 1998 he moved for Telelogic to the newly opened branch office in Japan to provide solutions for the Japanese market in particular in the Telecom sector. In 2001 he was made responsible for the technical operations of Telelogic in the Asia Pacific region. In the different roles he has overlooked the implementation of IBM/Telelogic products across different segments and countries including large scale deployments.

Sendil Kumar is an Graduate in Computer Science with Master of Business Administration. Having around 22+ years of IT experience. Presently working in Shriram Group for over 14 years and heading IT Infrastructure and Datacenter operations as Asst. Vice President.
His role includes Managing Datacenter, Disaster Recovery Site, Near site, IT security. Managing IT infrastructure of Shriram Group which includes, Servers , Storage, Networking, Connectivity etc.
Has a state of art Datacenter in Shriram Properties, Perungulathur and DR site at Navi Mumbai with near site in Mylapore.
Heading a team of 100+ which includes support at branch levels. Shriram Group branches are spread across PAN India around 600+ locations. Recently Implemented latest technologies like Mobile applications, BYOD etc.
- KOMANDUR K KANNAN
Kannan has varied experience as IT Innovator & though leader, with a computer engineering background started his career as a dBase programmer in 1988 in Dubai and has come a long way. He has over 25 years of experience with a large exposure with overseas assignments in Hospitality (Hyatt Regency, Jeddah) & Construction & Engineering (Cleveland Bridge and Engineering). Kannan was responsible for establishing the entire automation for Cleveland Bridge during the tenure that spanned six years. He along with the electrical department designed software that controlled the NC machine that was used for drilling beams/pipes. This was an innovation during that period as neither the NC machine nor the control panels were supported by the manufacturers.
He headed IT in Seven Seas Shipchandlers who were specialized in supplies to merchant vessels and various military ships including American Navy. During his tenure, he was involved in multimillion dollar automation that brought Seven Seas real time inventory with the help of various technologies.
In India he joined Watanmal India, an FMCG company as their Head of IT. Watanmal has business interests in Central and West Africa with business interests in Africa.
Kannan joined Aban in 2010 as their Head – IT and have been working on various projects from Infrastructure, communication and application. The biggest challenge has been to provide viable communication platform to run voice and application for the offshore personnel.
