    Courtney is dedicated to empowering marketers to deliver exceptional experiences through content. For over 12 years she has worked in the B2B technology arena, studying the fundamentals of publishing, dissecting the needs of the technology buyer, and understanding how to build, sell and deliver great products throughout various roles at TechTarget a technology publishing company and NCR, a technology vendor. Currently Courtney works alongside Jeff Ramminger at Brand Publis, a consulting firm focused on helping B2B marketing organizations realize their content potential.

  • Speaker: Melissa Tatoris, North America Retail Executive Strategist

    Melissa offers a 20 year history of success spearheading strategic planning in both marketing and enterprise roles in retail. By applying strong business acumen, out-of-the-box ideation for complex situations, and strong leadership talents, Melissa is very comfortable creating the ‘art of the possible’.

    Some of Melissa’s highlights of her career have been designing a few of the nations’ largest retail loyalty programs within highly complex organizations, (Office Depot, Sears Holdings, Modell’s Sporting Goods) guiding teams of up to 250, to build custom/off-the-shelf programs resulting in strong acquisition and top line revenues.

    At ULTA Beauty, known as the ‘bridge connecting silos’, Melissa spearheaded 3 years of enterprise planning ensuring the organization (marketing, merchandising, stores, digital, ecommerce, real estate) was interlocked and focused on delivering corporate strategic imperatives, resulting in positive comparable growth.

  • Speaker: Cary Ellexson, North America CMO Portfolio Marketing Leader

    Cary's experience spans over 20 years in Industry Marketing, Channels Development & Recruitment, IBM Research, Education and Field Communications as well as a Financial Services background specializing in Insurance. Cary currently is North America Marketing Professions Leader at IBM focusing on creating a cross IBM vision for Marketing professions to increase relevance with the target audience in North America. She is responsible for building integration between business units and designs/executes digital and face to face events to engage senior Marketing Leaders.

    In addition to her current role, Cary has also worked on account based marketing initiatives where she helped Fortune 100 clients and client teams focus on solving new business problems across organizations with both business and technology solutions. Cary has worked with account sales teams with creating opportunities in cloud, big data and analytics, mobile, social, security and other growth plays. She has helped advance IBM’s ability to identify new markets, service new buyers, deepen long-term client relationships while improving the overall client experience.
