z/OS Release Upgrade Reference Summary (RURS) is the new V2R4 title for the overhauled z/OS Summary of Message and Interface Changes (SMIC) deliverable. It contains consolidated information about new, changed, and removed or no longer issued messages, codes, SMF records, and selected system-level data set (SYS1) interfaces for z/OS elements and features.
