This publication is an overview of the z/OS Font Collection, which is a base element of z/OS Version 2 Release 1 and later. The z/OS Font Collection includes information about basic concepts for fonts, and describes Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) outline fonts and raster fonts, WorldType fonts, and code pages.
