• 12 MONTH TERM to 60 MONTH TERM — This is the length of the contract.
  • ANNUAL or MONTH or SEMI-CONTRACT —This means the billing is contract aligned.
  • ANNUAL or MONTHLY or QTRLY or SEMI-BILL— This means the billing is calendar aligned.
  • STD PRICE PROT — References Standard price protection which is price protection for each yearly contract period — if there is a price increase, it will only be on the contract yearly anniversary.
  • FULL PRICE PROT — References Full price protection which for an additional uplift guarantees there will not be a price increase during the term of the contract for the initial contract components.
  • ILVL— Is a designation for Item Level Contract (vs Bottom line contract which is not available for Business Partners)
  • PREPAY — The contract is prepaid and the user is given credit for time value of money. There will not be a price increase during the term of the contract for the initial contract components.
  • ODD PREPAY 12-23, 24-35, 36-47, 48-59, 60-71 — Used for Non-Standard term contracts. Users should always select the term end date or number of months first and then the pricing options.
  • FISCAL PRICE PROTECTION — Only available if Fiscal Year alignment is selected and provides price protection for the Fiscal alignment period of the contract.
  • MANUAL, PERMISSION NEEDED — Do not use any of these selections.
