The IBM CAS Canada team in collaboration with Brock University's Goodman DASA team were able host an IBM Speaker session to 27 undergraduate and graduate Brock University students. The aim of this session was to better educate and spread awareness amongst students in regards to who we are as IBM, what we do, what it's like to work at IBM (culture), the relevancy of IBM in the educational space, professional tips & tricks, and lastly a chance to have a live discussion with a distinguished IBMer.

During this session Eric discussed his journey through the field of Data Analytics and the many possible pathways that could be taken within this field, included where he predicted this field of study could expand and grow to, the necessity of Data Analytics in our modern day era, mistakes that students should lookout for when entering the field, and what resources student should look into to better prepare them for their future endeavors.
