IBM Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI)

The Identity Governance and Intelligence track provides a unique deep dive education experience including an overview of the latest updates, demos, labs and interactive discussions on best practices. You will be able to engage and share your ideas, perspectives and experiences with your peers to gain the insights necessary to achieve your unique goals.

Topics:

  • IGI Architecture, including deployment architecture
  • IGI Data flows and data model
  • Active Directory integration (with lab)
  • Advanced customization through rules
  • Advanced lifecycle with workflow, including user, account and password management
  • End-to-end labs for user and account management including workflow and rules
  • IGI Performance, Tuning and Troubleshooting
  • Typical deployment and lessons learned (w/case studies)
  • IGI Recent releases and future roadmap

Audience:

The target audience for the IGI track is administrators who need to use IGI or manage the IGI deployment, who have hands-on experience with the product or attendance at one of the basic classes (TW400, custom class or last year's Master Class in Dallas). While the course will revisit standard IGI functionality, we will focus on advanced topics like workflow configuration, customization through rules, design and operational aspects (like performance tuning and troubleshooting)
