In this strategic mission he was responsible for clients worldwide to adopt and to transition towards cloud. Lode Vermeiren (VMware)
Lode Vermeiren works for VMware as Senior Solutions Engineer in the VMware Cloud Provider Program. In this role, he assists cloud providers in Belgium and Luxembourg with identifyingtechnical and business opportunities, choosing the right solutions and implementing them on time.
Bert Jonker (IBM)
Bert Jonker is a senior Cloud Technical Seller in the IBM Europe Cloud organization. In that role he technically leads the IAAS discussions within the IBM Cloud organization and with our enterprise customers in Europe. Bert helps and advise IBM teams and enterprise customers to integrate IBM Cloud solutions into their environments. He is a senior member of the Cloud Architecture Review Group (CARG) where all major cloud proposals are reviewed. Next to his day to day job Bert is traveling through Europe to do two day training sessions to enable and certify IBM teams on IBM cloud subjects.
Frederick Verduyckt (VMware)
Frederick Verduyckt is a CISSP with 20 years of experience in Networking and Security. His broad knowledge and expertise in securing different environments from modern threats has been gathered during his employment in companies like Juniper and CheckPoint. Currently, at VMware, he has the luxury to combine his network and security background with state-of-the-art virtualisation technology as Senior Specialist for NSX.
Jonathan Wisler (IBM)
Bio Jonathn leads IBM´s Cloud Infrastructure for Europe. Prior to joining IBM, Jonathan was General Manager EMEA of SoftLayer, a pioneer in cloud computing, which was acquired by IBM. Prior to starting SoftLayer in Europe, Jonathan has a successful record of driving innovation and digital transformation across many industries, including financial services, retail, e-commerce and advertising. In his spare time, he tries to make his crew´s sailboat go faster than the other sailboats. Colin Thompson (VMware)
Colin has over 8 years’ experience within VMware, focused on VMware’sCloud Provider business; for the last 3 years as Northern EMEA leader, Cloud Provider Partners and Programs, managing a team responsible for over 1,500 Cloud Providers across the Region. Prior to joining VMware Colin has over 20 years’ experience in sales and management working for Service Providers and Enterprise Software businesses; including: working with Service Providers to develop new service offerings, as well as supporting the “go to market” of these new services. Colin is based in the South East of England and enjoys Sub Aqua Diving in the UK, Cycling and restoring classic cars, when he finds the time between work and his family.
