Mike Deaton is a Worldwide Solutions Executive with over 30 years of retail and technology leadership experience. Mr. Deaton’s background includes expertise building the business and technology strategies to support and grow high-volume Omni-channel retail businesses. Over the past 11 years, he has led multiple digital transformation programs to deliver leading edge Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Order Management and Omni-channel Fulfillment capabilities for large retail department stores and specialty apparel chains. His experience includes tenures at some of the worlds largest retail and CPG companies including Wal-Mart Stores, JCPenney, Ascena Retail Group (Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, Catherine's, Justice, Maurice's and Dressbarn) and The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Deaton holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology, both from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Deaton resides in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Andrew is a leading industry expert and well respected supply chain professional with over 25 years’ experience in fast moving consumers good and the food retail sector. Andrew currently leads the Supply Chain Integrity team at GS1 Australia who are responsible for developing insightful initiatives to ensure the highest level of efficiency, safety, traceability and best practice in the Australian Food and Beverage and retail sector. Andrew is an active member of a number of industry working groups in the retail grocery, liquor, meat and fresh produce sectors.

Laurent Lambert is a Solution Lead with over 7 years’ experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain. Having been one of the early adopters of Bitcoin and numerous other cryptocurrencies, Laurent has long since been passionate about the concept, and applicability of blockchain, to both business problems and to society as a whole. He was a founding partner of Json Capital Pte a crypto fund specialised in early stage crypto currency and blockchain projects investment and is well connected in the industry in Australia and in Europe.
