IBM in support of Acoustic
Antonia is responsible for the whole Asia Pacific and Japan business for Acoustic, formerly IBM’s marketing platform and commerce software offerings.
Acoustic is the largest independent marketing cloud, offering marketers purpose-built solutions on the industry’s most exciting and open marketing and advertising platform, part of the new business formed by Centerbridge Partners L.P.
Antonia has over 15 years' experience in the digital marketing and customer engagement technology space. She has worked with numerous clients across industries in Asia, Europe, Middle-East & Africa to help them transform the way they engage with their customers to drive acquisition and increase customer loyalty.
Antonia is based in Singapore, and is extremely passionate to be working with IBM Watson Marketing’s existing and Acoustic's future - clients to harness the power of bringing together insights, AI-powered technology, purpose-built for marketers, helping them to get better results, and do their best work
Xiaofeng helps B2C marketing and digital business professionals develop effective digital marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies for the Asia Pacific market. Xiaofeng's research focuses on how to better understand the unique social, mobile, and digital behaviors of consumers in Asia Pacific and how to harness digital platforms like Alibaba and WeChat to drive awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Previous Work Experience
Before joining Forrester, Xiaofeng worked as a strategic planning manager on the marketing team at Sina Weibo, the largest microblogging platform in China, where she developed key consumer insights to drive social media effectiveness for automotive, retail, telecommunications, financial services, and consumer packaged goods companies. Xiaofeng was also a strategic planner at L3 Advertising, a multicultural advertising agency based in New York, where she developed brand and integrated marketing strategies for her clients.
Xiaofeng holds an MA in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College, an MA in communication from Tsinghua University, and a BA with a double major in advertising and economics from Peking University. She was also the recipient of the 2004 Outstanding Innovation Award from the Serge Dumont-Tsinghua Communications Scholarship and the 2003 Most Creative Award from the Asian Inter-University Multimedia Design Competition.

Mr Ben Tan is former Country CEO of COURTS Singapore. He assumed the role as Country CEO of COURTS Singapore Pte Ltd in 2017 to October 2019. As CEO, he oversees and is responsible for driving all of COURTS’ local retail and business operations across its islandwide network of stores as well as its e-commerce platform, COURTS Online.
Prior to COURTS, Ben headed Andios Pte Ltd, a Challenger subsidiary, as its CEO from 2015 to 2016, and prior to that served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Challenger Technologies (Singapore) from 2012 to 2015. Before Challenger, Ben spent almost 17 years with Microsoft in various leadership roles, including the last held position of General Manager, Retail Sales & Marketing for Microsoft (APAC), from 2005 to 2012. During this tenure, in 2010 he was selected as one of only 150 employees, out of 120,000 worldwide, to receive Microsoft's highest level of recognition. Microsoft's Circle of Excellence Platinum Award program (for outstanding result in financials, customer satisfaction and employee engagement). Ben also received the Polaris Award for Leadership and Management Excellence at Microsoft for FY2012 – awarded to individual leaders who excel at people development and organisation building.
Perx Technologies Pte Ltd
Anna Gong is the CEO and Founder of Perx Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading customer engagement and loyalty SaaS company, backed by the co-founder of Facebook Eduardo Saverin, LINE Ventures, and Golden Gate Ventures. Previous to joining Perx, her 5th startup experience, Anna was Vice President of Channels Sales for Asia Pacific & Japan at Infor where she’s responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution of the channels sales business. Anna brings 20 years of technology experience in enterprise software, spanning the U.S., Asia Pacific & Japan. Prior to Infor, she was leading the Cloud, Virtualization, and Service Automation business units at CA Technologies, Asia Pacific & Japan. Anna has held multiple leadership roles, based out of San Francisco. She established and managed the Asia Pacific business for Wily Technology, the pioneer of web application performance and diagnostics, before CA Technologies acquisition of Wily in 2006 for US$375M. She was later stationed in Tokyo to help turn around Wily’s business from 2009-2011, achieving 220% growth year over year. Anna started out in management consulting at PwC and with various technology startups prior to Wily, playing a key role in implementing large scale SAP ERP systems, fund raising, developing and executing successful operations in direct sales and partner driven models. A winner of the Singapore Women Entrepreneur Award 2017 and LinkedIn 2017 CEO Power Profiles, Anna has also been featured in CNBC, Bloomberg, and Forbes. Anna, a TEDx speaker, has also spoken at many key tech conferences including Cloud Connect, CommunicAsia, ASEAN CIO Summit, CIO Academy, Echelon, InnovFest Unbound, CIO & CXO Leaders Summit, Endeavor, Tech In Asia, TechSauce, and numerous Fintech and InsurTech conferences. She has also spoken as a keynote on leadership, digital transformation and entrepreneurship for large corporates and global conferences such as C2 Montreal, HSBC, VMware, and Aviva. Anna serves on the Advisory Board of Duke CE Asia and GeniusU. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Manisha Seewal is the Group Chief Marketing Officer of South East Asia’s largest automotive marketplace - Carro. As a key member of Carro’s leadership team, she oversees the marketing function for Carro in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Founded in 2015, Carro is a Singapore based tech company that has facilitated over US$500 million worth of transactions in 2018.
Manisha is a leader in MarTech space and has led several “Singapore’s first” technological innovations, which includes Singapore’s first “Netflix for Cars”- a car subscription-based service (Mar 2019) and Singapore’s first ChatBot from a life insurer, called TOMI (Oct 2017).
Manisha is also an adjunct lecturer at Singapore's Republic Polytechnic, where she teaches Digital Marketing to working adults.
She is listed amongst one of Asia's Most Influential CMOs and Top 50 Women leaders in Asia.
Norman Guadagno has over 20 years of experience as a marketer and strategist for leading brands and agencies. Across all his roles, he has always had a relentless focus on measurable results and pushing the boundaries of how marketing can best serve the needs of the business while also delivering great experiences for customers.
From January 2016 through August 2019, Norman was SVP of Marketing at Carbonite (NASDAQ: CARB) a global leader in data protection and security for businesses. During his tenure, the company fully transformed from a respected B2C brand to a leading B2B brand. At Carbonite, Norman and his team integrated five acquisitions, helped more than double overall company revenue to nearly $500M a year, and built the company’s mid-market demand generation pipeline from scratch. Norman also served as the primary media spokesperson for the company on topics ranging from ransomware to new products to M&A.
Prior to joining Carbonite, Norman was SVP of Marketing Strategy at marketing agency Wire Stone (now part of Accenture Interactive). During his five years at Wire Stone, he worked on strategy and brand projects for several companies, including Boeing, Carbonite, ConAgra Foods, Infosys, Microsoft, and Nike. He also built the Client Engagement team as well as serving as Managing Director of the Seattle office. Norman and his team delivered helped clients grow revenue, rebrand, and understand their customers across a variety of industries.
Norman spent almost five years at Microsoft, working in the Developer Tools space, including serving as the head of marketing for parts of the Visual Studio business, the leading set of professional software development tools in the world. At Microsoft he also led the marketing team responsible for empowering software architects globally with knowledge and tools to make their jobs easier. Earlier in his career, Norman worked at several technology startups (QPass, Primus Knowledge Solutions, I/PRO, GO) as well as at Oracle and Ashton-Tate. He began his career as a user interface designer, then moved into productmanagement, and finally into product and then overall marketing. He holds an M.A. in psychology from Rice University and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Rochester. Norman resides in Boston, MA.
